Make Restaurant Style Chili Mushrooms in Minutes

Mushrooms are made in many ways, but have you ever tried mushroom chili at home, otherwise let's learn how to make mushroom chili in restaurant style-

material - Mushrooms - 10 Maida - 4 tbsp  Corn Flour - 2 tbsp Yellow Capsicum - 1/2 cup  Green capsicum - 1/2 cup Red capsicum - 1/2 cupg 

To make Chili Mushrooms, first of all, wash the mushrooms after removing the coolness and wipe them dry with a cloth.

Now make a paste by adding maida in some water and add some salt and black pepper powder and mix it well.

 Now put oil in a pan and heat it and then dip the mushrooms in the flour solution and fry them in oil.

 Fry all the mushrooms till golden brown and then filter it and take it out in a plate.

Now take a pan and heat 2 tbsp oil in it.

When the oil becomes hot, add chopped onion, red, green and yellow capsicum to it and fry for a while.

Then add chopped green chilies, ginger paste and fry lightly and cook covered for about 2 minutes.

 Now add tomato sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, salt, chili flakes to it.

Make a solution by mixing cornflour in half a cup of water and add it to this mixture as well. Now cover it and cook for 2 more minutes.

 After cooking, add fried mushrooms to it and mix well. Mushroom chili is ready.

 Now take it out in a plate and garnish with green coriander and serve hot.
