Make restaurant style cheese dosa at home like this

 Most of the people like to eat dosa while eating food in restaurant. Although there are many famous varieties of dosa, but the taste of cheese dosa is amazing.

 From children to elders, they like to eat cheese dosa. You can easily prepare Cheesy Dosa made in restaurants at home too.

 Today we will tell you the recipe of making Cheese Dosa in restaurant style.

2 cups dosa batter, 1 tbsp oil, 2 tbsp mozzarella cheese and salt to taste.

 To make Cheesy Dosa, first add salt to the dosa batter.

Now heat a nonstick tava (griddle) on medium heat. When the tawa is hot, wipe it with a wet cloth.

 Now spread the dosa batter well in a round shape on the pan. When the dosa batter turns brown, remove it from the pan, applying oil on the sides.

 Now spread the ghee on the dosa. When the cheese starts melting, wrap half the dosa on the cheese side.

Now flip the dosa and bake it by pressing from both the sides.

 Your restaurant style cheese dosa is ready to serve. Serve it with coconut chutney and sambar.
