To do shoulder shrugs, first stand straight. Keep your spine straight during this time.
Now keeping your hands straight, bring the shoulders near the ears.
Stay in this state for some time then become normal. Do this 5 to 7 times.
Stand straight with dumbbells in both your hands. Keep your back straight.
Now holding dumbbells in your hands, spread them like wings in the air. Do not bend your hands, keep them straight.
After this, bring your hands near the thighs. Do this process at least 8 to 10 times.
Lie down straight
Keep your hands close to the ground.
Now raise both your legs straight in the air towards the sky without bending them.
